We all love and enjoy a good cup of coffee early in the morning or at any time; unfortunately, not all of us can tolerate caffeine for different reasons: acid reflux, upset stomach, nervousness, anxiety, insomnia, etc.
Corn Coffee is naturally CAFFEINE FREE and with only the freshest and natural ingredient, zero additives, period.
It has a delicious and authentic flavor that many can't believe is not real coffee and some others think is more delicious than coffee; the bottom line is that Corn Coffee is so natural, so pure, so earthy and very importantly, without caffeine, without the guilt.
In the pre-Columbian era existed a hot and delicious drink made from corn that was the favorite of the native tribes: Mayans, Pipiles, Nahuas, Lencas and other native races of Mesoamerica.
In the Nahuatl tongue this drink was called "TEIXUINOTL" which translates to "drink made of Corn" and lately commonly known as "Cafe de Maíz" (Corn Coffee).
The recipe by continuous tradition in the Landaverde Family who lived in the Province of Sonsonate, El Salvador back in the 1800's; this recipe was passed onto my Father by my grandmother.
Today, the authentic formula is back to life and with hundreds of years old, amazingly natural without any preservatives, coloring, or artificial flavorings, only its original and naturally organic ingredients.

For 8 ounces of water use a heaping scoop (provided) of Corn Coffee. Please follow the instructions given by the "Stovetop espresso maker" manufacturer.
Boil about 10 ounces of water; when water is at boiling point then turn off the heat and add one heaping scoop (provided) of Corn Coffee, stir an cover for five minutes, using a strainer, strain the liquid into a mug and enjoy with your favorite sweetener.
For 8 ounces of hot water use a heaping scoop (provided) of Corn Coffee. Let it rest for 5 minutes and serve. Please follow the instruction given by "French coffee maker" manufacturer
Previously bring 10oz of water to a gentle boil, then pre-wet the paper filter to be used and place it into the conic part of the carafe. Place two heaping scoops of corn coffee and then pour the hot water; let the water draw down as you pour. Enjoy with your favorite sweetener.
Add a heaping scoop of Corn Coffee for 8 oz of water. It is recommended not to brew more than 2 cups at the time because our grain absorbs more water than normal coffee and it might clog the paper filter. Follow the coffee maker's manufacture instructions.
